At the young age of 20 Swiss businessman Thomas Meyer envisioned a future in which people dressed differently, in  clothes that made them feel good and that were affordable for all budgets. This dream gave shape to Desigual, which  opened its doors in 1984. Ever since the brand’s vibrant, passionate and colourful Mediterranean philosophy has inspired our products and work culture and has developed into the company’s rallying cry: La Vida es Chula!
