Park & Pipe

Kickers, halfpipe, rails and banisters - if you feel at home here, style and the technical level of the tricks are important. Some of the skis are completely symmetrical to the middle of the ski and have an even but soft flex. Under the binding, the skis are around 75 - 90 mm wide, which means enormous mobility and maximum fun. The more playful you ski or the less demanding the tricks are, the softer the flex of the ski has to be. Professionals who let themselves be over massive kickers therefore tend to use harder skis.

Freeride

Big mountain, hiking or "deep powder" - these are the terms that get the hardest freeride lovers' hearts beating faster. There is a huge selection here, from the more touring-oriented 90mm model to negative preload, variations in the lateral pull and 150mm in the middle of the ski. However, middle ski widths from 115mm are really only for days when it really dumps. However, if the conditions are right, there is nothing better than gliding through fresh, untracked snow with these skis. The "normal" freeride skis, 90 - 110 mm wide under the binding, are characterized by the fact that they are a bit softer at the front and harder under the binding and at the rear. As a result, they offer maximum performance in all conditions.

At Sport Bittl you will find a huge selection. You will find brands like Armada, Atomic, Völkl, Salomon, K2, or Movement - just to name a few.
