Hagan has developed the Core Lite 84 with weight-optimised construction for lighter ski tourers up to approx. 70 kg.

Paulownia Wood Core
Throughout the rapid advancement of technology and materials engineering in ski construction, we have remained faithful to high-quality, natural wood. All skis in our 20 / 21 collection are built with wood cores.
Paulownia is one of the lightest woods in the world. The long-fiber structure makes it extremely resilient and excellent for light weight construction where the priority is weight reduction with high stability. Paulownia is used in the BOOST, CORE and ULTRA series.
ABS Sidewall
High-quality ABS sidewalls enable optimum stability and power transmission to the ski edges. Impact shocks at the steel edge are significantly dampened and cushioned

The simplest and easiest climbing skin attachment system with a notch on tip and hook on the tail. The Quick Tour system enables skin removal without removing the ski.

The binding mounting areas are reinforced with materials such as carbon fiber, titanal and fiberglass to ensure optimal strength and power transmission from the binding to the ski edge.
Tour Rocker
The rocker describes the early rise of the shovel and tail. All HAGAN models are equipped with a tip rocker and most with tail rocker. The rocker lengths and heights create a variable edge length that is targeted for the best possible performance in particular applications. We

For 95 years Hagan has directed all treir enthusiasm for the mountains into the development of treir products. Quality for them means that the products Hagan themselves use pass intensive practical tests and meet their high standards. This is one of the main principles and they are only satisfied when they are confident all tour skiers can completely rely on the high-quality, longlasting equipment.
Hagan now wants to expand their guarantee to highlight their promise of quality. From the winter of 2019 onwards Hagan will grant
a guarantee of 3 years for all skis*.
