• Select "Pick up" in the 1st step for the shipping method
• As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail with all further information
• Pick up the goods with your e-mail confirmation and ID card (Georg-Reismüller-Str. 5, 80999 Munich-Allach)

In-Store Pickup for Online Orders

You can collect your order only with a pickup notification and by presenting your photo ID.

Please note our pickup hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Pickup location:
Munich-Allach store, main building (1st floor)
Bicycles can be picked up on the ground floor.

Pickup readiness:

• Items are usually ready for pickup within 2–3 business days
• Bicycles are usually ready within 5–7 business days

Note:
Skis and bicycles usually go through an assembly process, so please allow for additional processing time.
You’ll find all details about the expected pickup time in the up-to-date information provided during your order.

👉 Important for skis:
We currently cannot guarantee same-day binding adjustments. The appointment will be arranged on site. Please make sure to bring your ski boot.
