Product description

Fast. Stable. Agile. Impossible, you say?

Spin a lap on the Disruption 81Ti W you'll be singing a different tune. Thanks to the K2 Dark Matter Damping and Titanal I-Beam construction, this women's-specific piste destroyer is damp and calm when railing groomers, but is versatile enough to blast through chop and chunder when conditions are less than ideal.

The ski comes with the Marker ERC 11 TCx light Quikclik binding.

Combining a lightened Triple Pivot toe and a Twin Cam X light heel with easy entry for the lightest and highestperformance women’s system.

K2 is the original American Ski and Snowboard Brand, founded in 1962 in Washington State. It started with a shop. A garage. A barn. An island. It started with an idea. It started with belief. It started with madness and mistakes. From a garage brand to a garage brand gone global. For now and always, K2 continues to thrive with innovation, craftsmanship, and commitment.

Aspen Core
Aspen Core:

K2 uses a variety of wood species in our cores to fine-tune the performance characteristics of each ski.

Aspen is lightweight and resilient. A great all-around core material.

Dark Matter Damping
Dark Matter Damping:

A polymeric damper sandwiched between two layers of high-modulous carbon strategically placed along the ski edge to eliminate high-frequency vibrations, provididng drastically increased edge grip at high speeds.

Titanal I-Beam
Titanal I-Beam:

Titanal runs tip to tail along the center of the ski, optimally shaped for stability and precision through the entire turn.

Powerwall
Powerwall:

Power transfer to the ski's edges is dramatically enhanced with oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated and pocketed within the wood core in the midbody of the ski

Speed Rocker™
Speed Rocker™:

Short, low rise in the tip with camber throughout and a flat tail for quick turn initiation, precise steering, and maximum stability on groomed snow.

Once thought of as a powder-specific feature, K2 pioneered the use of rocker on all-mountain and piste skis, with the rest of the ski industry following in their footsteps. Today, almost all of the K2 skis are built with rocker, with the height and length optimized on each model for maximum performance and enjoyment.
