Thank you for your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. In the following we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documented access.

These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. In accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer as part of a weighing of interests. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit.

Hosting services by a third-party provider
In the context of processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with the services of hosting and the display of the website. This serves to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer within the scope of a weighing of interests. All data collected within the framework of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers. A processing on other servers takes place only in the framework explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data collection and use for contract processing and opening of a customer account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide us with it in connection with your order, when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email) or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract, or to process your establishment of contact or open a customer account, and you cannot complete the order and/or open an account without their information, or send the contact information. Which data are raised, are evident from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contracts and your enquiries. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a function intended for it in the customer account.

3. Data Transfer

In order to fulfil the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution and payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service in order to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

We use shipping service providers that are based in a country outside the European Union. The transmission of personal data to this company only takes place within the framework of the necessity to fulfil the contract.

Data transfer to shipping service providers
If you have given us your express consent to this during or after your order, we will forward your email address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider on the basis of this pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO so that the latter can contact you before delivery for the purpose of announcing or coordinating delivery.

The consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. After revocation, we will delete your data unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use your data for other purposes, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration.

5. Integration of the Trusted Shop Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the collected evaluations as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.

This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.

The Trustbadge is provided as part of a order processing by a CDN provider (Content Delivery Network). Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. An adequate level of data protection is ensured. Further information on the data protection of Trusted Shops GmbH can be found here.

When calling up the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of the call, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and the documented call. Individual access data is stored for analysis of security issues in a security database. The logfiles are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after creation.

Further personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you have consented to this, have decided to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for use. In this case, the contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops applies. An automated collection of personal data from your order is created for this purpose. Whether you are already registered as a buyer for product use is automatically checked against a neutral parameter, the cryptologic-one-way hashed e-mail address. The e-mail address will be converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, prior to transmission. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.
This is required for the fulfillment of our and Trusted Shops' predominant legitimate interests, in the provision of the buyer´s protection (coupled to each specific  order)  and the transaction valuation services acc. to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO required. Further details, including the objection, can be found above in the Trusted Shops Privacy Policy as well as in the links following the Trusted-Shops Trustbadge.

8. Social Media Plugins
Using Social Plugins from Facebook, Instagram
So-called social plugins ("plugins") from social networks are used on our website.
When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook, Google, Twitter or Instagram servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has called the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the respective provider (possibly to the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the services, the providers can assign the visit to our website directly to your profile in the respective social network. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the provider and stored there. The information is also published in the social network and displayed there to your contacts. This serves to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers as well as a contact option and your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the providers.

If you do not want social networks to directly associate the information collected through our website with your profile on that service, you must log out of that service before visiting our website. You can also use add-ons for your browser to completely prevent plugins from loading, e.g. the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
