Away from the busy pistes of the mighty Sella Massif in the heart of the Dolomites, there is an intricate network of slopes, gorges and snowfields that offer a range of ski tours in remote and impressive terrain. The Sella Durastretch Light pants were developed for fast ski tourers who are looking for lightweight, breathable soft shell performance.
The 188 gram Durastretch fabric (66% polyamide, 23% polyester, 11% elastane) offers the durability of a winter protection fabric, but still guarantees dynamic air exchange and full freedom of movement. In addition, the articulated knees and leg gusset ensure excellent mobility - so you can always keep moving quickly!
The trousers have a slim, sporty fit, a flat waistband with an integrated drawstring that can also be easily adjusted under a climbing harness, and two zipped pockets. It also offers additional protection with generous edge and crampon protection and a snow guard. The elastic leg hem with silicone grippers on the inside and the zips on the leg ends guarantee you a good fit over mountaineering boots as well as over ski touring boots.
The Sella Durastretch Light pant is a Salewa Committed model - it meets strict, independently verified environmental and social standards and also features a PFC-free DWR (durable water-repellent) coating that maintains breathability by preventing the tissue soaks up moisture.
