The Scott Superguide 88 complete set offers a first-class combination of lightweight construction, performance and safety. The Superguide 88 touring skis deliver outstanding stability and manoeuvrability on all tours, while the Marker Alpinist 10 touring binding offers precise control and reliable safety. The Superguide 88 touring skins ensure optimum grip and efficient gliding performance on the ascent. The set is rounded off by the lightweight and robust Carbon C7 touring ski poles, which further increase touring comfort. The Scott Superguide 88 has it all: a ski that’s as light as possible on the way up, that comes into its own on the way down.

The unique construction combines an ultralight Paulownia core with hardwood Beech stringers for a stable yet lively ride. Add in Carbon/Aramid fibres and a precise 3Dimension Touring Sidecut, and the result is a lightweight package that’s surprisingly quick and reliable on the way up and won’t let you down on that hard-earned descent.

The set includes Komperdell Carbon C7 touring ski poles.

Ready for the season. The perfect combination of an aluminum upper part and a carbon lower part makes the length-adjustable Carbon C7 robust and light at the same time. The light, extended grip zone enables quick and easy changing of grip in steep passages, as well as adjustment of the climbing aids.

The set comes with the Marker Alpinist 10 ski touring binding.

The ultra-light Alpinist pin binding offers everything experienced touring skiers need. Its construction allows active length compensation without aff ecting the ski’s flex. A very stiff, carbon-reinforced front with an ISI toe piece makes the binding easier to step into, as a wide footprint with integrated stop automatically positions and aligns your boot. Kinematically optimised pin levers then allow the pins to snap shut with just a gentle push. The heel features 0°, 5° and 9° climbing aids and can be switched quickly and easily from ascent to descent mode. A 38mm wide hole pattern transfers power brilliantly to the edges, which means control and great steering.

Caution! Marker Alpinist and Alpinist Long Travel ski bindings are compatible with ski boots in accordance with DIN ISO 0523 with tech inserts to the Dynafit specification of 29.09.2009. In addition, some boot manufacturers have developed and manufactured their own inserts for their touring ski boots which should be suitable fo Pin-Tech bindings. However, Marker cannot guarantee that these inserts will fundtion correctly.

Caution: Marker Alpinist ski bindings do not have a certificate from TÜV and thus do not meet the relevant standards. The product meets the current technical requirements using the latest technology.

The new Scott Superguide 88 skin is made of a new Smart Hotmelt process to facilitate the manipulation of the skins with an incredible adhesion on the ski base.

The mix of Mohair and Nylon fibers deliver the best compromize between grip and slide. Due to the Fiber Seal Technology skins stay dry and prevent bailing of snow. Our skins are made without PFC to respect the nature. The Superguide 88 Skins is already cut to match the sidecut of the Superguide 88 and 88 W's skis. The Front hook offer a perfect match with the ski, reduce the weight and certified to have no snow penetration. The tail clip ensure a good position of the skins during the hike.
