Shipping is climate-neutral via our delivery partner GLS or by freight forwarding (for bicycles).
Freight Deliveries (Bicycles)
The delivery time for freight shipments within Germany is 7–9 working days. Delivery times for other countries may vary. Shipments sent by freight forwarder are announced by phone, which is why we kindly ask you to provide your telephone number, especially when ordering bicycles.
Parcel Shipping with GLS
The delivery time for parcels depends on the country of your delivery address. As soon as you enter your delivery address in the shopping cart, the delivery time will be automatically calculated for you.
You will find an indication of the current delivery times for each item. Please note that the delivery times for bicycles, on the part of the shipping company, can be delayed due to weekends or holidays. In addition, Saturday is not considered as a working day by our shipping and forwarding service providers. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the transport times of your delivery.
