The LOWA outsole made of polyurethane (PU) scores points with its tread design optimised for use. The good combination of abrasion resistance and lightness make these soles ideal for use in children's shoes, for example.
Midsoles: Support Frame: The midsole in the form of the LOWA MONOWRAP® frame supports the foot in particularly stressed areas. The sole construction is only slightly raised; Single Injection: In this manufacturing process, the outsole is injected directly onto the shoe. This production method creates a highly precise and very strong connection between the sole and the upper.

Flexible: has a low bending stiffness. This supports the natural rolling of the foot
Joints: To stabilise the sole of directly injected LOWA shoes, a soft nylon joint insert is worked into the sole. This makes the shoes ideally suited for everyday outdoor use

Products made of GORE-TEX® materials offer lasting waterproofness and windproofness while optimizing breathability - durable products with the highest level of protection and comfort.
The LOWA PU outsoles are characterized by their lower weight and very comfortable cushioning.
The shoe is flexible and supports the natural rolling behavior.
For effective cushioning and high wearing comfort, the sole of the shoe is connected to the upper using a technically complex injection molding process. In addition, the upper shoe comes in a specially manufactured mold. A PU foam is then introduced into this in different layers. This creates the sole, which is directly connected to the upper to form a unit.
The midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design that LOWA developed in 1995. This frame comfortably encloses the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised.
This is not just a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, various areas such as the heel, toe or instep area are adjusted in height and width.
